SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

Processing & Fulfilment
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment by our fulfilment partners. Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times
Orders within Australia are generally estimated to arrive within 8–15 business days. Orders to New Zealand and the United States are generally estimated to arrive within 8–16 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs, public holidays and circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Delays
Occasionally, orders may experience delays due to customs, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods or other circumstances outside our control.
